Rosa Lee Hall, age 78, a lifelong resident of Bell County, KY, went home peacefully to be with her Lord on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 4:44p.m. at her home while surrounded by her children, and granddaughter.

Born October 30, 1939 to the late Arch and Rhoda Jane Spencer, she was a loving mother, wife, and friend to many.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Lloyd Hall, companion Tommy Prater, children Cassandra “Sandy” Hall, Virginia “Poo” Hensley, and Crystal Gail Hall, and great-granddaughter Audrey Lee Hensley.

She is survived by the following members of her family, son Steve (Debbie Atkins-Lankford) Hall, daughters Darnetta (Randy) Kidd, Tina (Mark) Norris, and Jessica Hall, grandchildren Precious Hoskins, Christian Goins, Sara Kersky, Stephanie Bermudez, James Lloyd Hall, Tiffany Hall Muncy, Jaron Weaver, Autumn Rose Weaver, Michelle Norris, Brandy Norris, Justin “Little Mark” Norris, Jarod Tyler Hall, Katelyn Rose Overton, Gabriel Foister, John Scott England, James Dustin Hensley, and Alyssa Camille Hensley, and one loving sister Jobie Noble.

Rosa was especially close and had a special bond with her grandsons Tyler Hall and John Scott England.

She also had two very special friends, Pastor Chip Cunningham, and Tony Marsee.

And numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

A memorial service for Rosa Lee Hall will be held at a later date.

Green Hills Funeral Home, Middlesboro, is entrusted with all arrangements.

  1. Hello, we are Carlo and Andrea Marcum, we were friends with Lloyd and RosaLee when we were a lot younger. So sorry to hear about RosaLee , but we know that she is in Heaven rejoicing with Jesus, God and Lloyd.

  2. The Memorial is to be held at Ennox Cuff’s Church Cumberland Ave. January 13TH @ 2pm. All friends in Middlesboro are welcome, mom went home to be with her Lord at home in her bed surrounded by Love ones, she had amazing courage and strength thru out her battles. R.I.P momma, I know your with all our loved ones waiting to greet you. The stars were dancing like I had never before the night before you went home. Darnetta Kidd

  3. Darnetta, Steve and Tina. So sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very caring person. I lost my mother in August so I know how very hard it is. Find comfort that she is with your dad and sisters.
