Laura Kaye Campbell Howard, age 64, passed away Thursday, January 04, 2018.

She was the daughter of the late Alex and Agnes Tinsley Campbell.

Kaye was baptized at an early age at Riverside Baptist Church. She graduated from Lone Jack High School, attended Midway College, and graduated from Southeast College with a degree in nursing.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Bob R. Campbell, and Bill G. Campbell, and nephew John B. Campbell.

She is survived by the following members of her family, brother Jerry B. Campbell, sisters Myra C. Epley, Sherrie C. Howard and husband Jasper, and Alma C. Walton, special nephew Jason Walton and his children Avery and Alex Walton.

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Garry Bingham presiding.

All internment services will be private.

Green Hills Funeral Home, Middlesboro, is entrusted with all arrangements.

  11. i am beside myself, Kaye was a wonderful person i loved her dearly. We worked together at Amedisys. She’s been gone from Amedisys for a while now and patients family still ask about her.She is a person that leaves a mark on your heart. Rest in Peace my sweet friend. I love you

  15. Alma….I’m so sorry about Kaye. I remember when my Daddy died in 1977 at Pineville Hospital. I was alone with him when he died. She stayed with me until my family got there. I will never forget that. She was a very special person. Love you and your family very much.
