Judy Sayre, age 69 of Middlesboro passed away Friday January 5, 2018 at her home.

She was a member of the Chenoa Missionary Baptist Church. She was born April 14, 1948 in Chenoa, KY the daughter of the late Milford and Maggie Miracle Webb. She was preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Sayre. Son Gary Wayne Sayre and two infant sons Luke and Tony. Also preceded in death by Brother Roland B. Webb and sister Christine Martin.

Survivors include her Daughter Sherry (Jeff) Hood of Middlesboro, son William (Nolene) Sayre of Frakes. Brother Arville (Kathy) Webb of Frakes, Grandchildren: Erik Sayre, Michael Garland, Gabriel Sayre, Maggie Lawson, Emily Sayre, Holdon Hood, Eden Sayre and a host of step children, step grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friends and a Special family friend Tammy Webb.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wayland Mason officiating. Music will be by Nolene Sayre.

Burial will follow in the Milford Partin Cemetery in Chenoa. Pallbearers will be William “Junior Sayre, Jeffrey Hood, Maggie Lawson, Richie Webb, Randy Webb, Jason Partin, Arlie W. Lambdin.

The family will receive friend from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday January 9, 2018 at Green Hills Funeral Home.

    I am so sorry for the family of Judy sayre I am her step daughter trenda I love Judy like a mother it breaks my heart that a wonderful woman Judy has left this world but in my heart I know she is in heaven with a big smile that she is holding hands wilth Bill sayre ( my dad) I will never forget the good times I had with Judy and my dad I love you Judy always have and always will

  2. I had only known Judy for a short time, through Nolene and Will but I was very fortunate to get the opportunity!! Right from the start I got to see her kindness shine through in being there for Nolene during her grandmother’s passing!! But that didn’t stop there she also ( just meeting me) made me feel very welcomed in her kind words and generosity that she showed!! I wish I could’ve met this sweet lady sooner but in saying that I also wouldn’t want to see her going through pain to be here! I know God gained another Angel with Judy and maybe someday I’ll see her again! Until then Rest In Peace Judy you will be greatly missed!!
